Omololu’s ongoing journey towards optimal physical health and well-being began in the streets of Lagos playing football (unavoidably clichéd)… and now resides in a space that combines activities such as resistance training, dancing, boxing and running. From the elderly wishing to improve their ability to carry out activities of daily living, to high performance Olympic-level athletes seeking that extra 0.0009%, Omololu has infused his experience from a vast and varied setlist of profiles.
A Bachelors degree in Sport and Exercise Science, as well as a Masters degree in Health, has equipped Omololu with the adequate theoretical basis needed to approach and assist individuals from all walks of life, with the necessary practical information needed to optimise their own physical and overall health.
